I created this 12 week program specifically for women to build confidence while building beautiful muscle. This program consist of 4 strength workouts per week. The workouts are designed to be very specific to the various muscle groups we are focusing on for that particular day. This targeted approach ensures that we can maximize our efforts and achieve the best possible results. These workouts require minimal equipment and can be done at your home or in the gym.
