I created this 12 week strength training program specifically for women to build confidence while building beautiful muscle. This program starts off with 3 workouts a week and eventually builds to 4 by the third month. The workouts initially begin with a broader focus and eventually become very specific to the muscle groups we are working that day. This method helps you ease into the program, making it accessible for all fitness levels to complete and improve over time. These workouts require minimal equipment and can be done at your home or in a gym.
